Rob Haley

Rob Haley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, translation, and operations. Haley served as a Translator/Analyst with the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command, managing communications for humanitarian missions abroad. In subsequent roles, Haley directed operational planning for foreign missions, managed logistics operations at Con-way Freight, and contributed as a Senior IT Project Manager at Con-way, Inc. Currently, Haley works as a Solutions Architect at Esri, providing routing and optimization expertise. Educational qualifications include a History degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu, a degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Portland Community College, Vietnamese language training from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Supply Chain from Michigan State University.
