Robert Shahon

Robert Shahon has extensive experience in systems administration and technical support, currently serving as a Windows Systems Engineer and Applications Administrator at ESRI since March 2006, where responsibilities include supporting over 80 end users at the Northwest Regional Office and Portland R&D Center. Previous roles include technical consulting at Portland Motorcycle Inc. for the restoration of network servers, as well as several positions at Aditi Technologies and Hewlett-Packard, focusing on systems support for Microsoft. Robert began a career in technical roles with experience administering a network environment at Marshall & Associates and has military experience as a Topographic Engineer with the US Army. Educational credentials include a Computer Systems Engineer degree from the American College of Professional Education and certifications from various institutions.
