Stuart Rucker

Stuart Rucker has extensive experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and management. Currently serving as DHS Team Lead and Senior Account Manager at Esri since July 2013, Stuart has contributed to helping various sectors utilize geospatial data for informed decision-making. Previously, Stuart held positions at SAIC from January 2007 to June 2013, including Task Lead and GIS Analyst, where responsibilities involved team management and quality control of geospatial databases. Prior to that, Stuart worked as a Map Specialist at Dewberry from August 2005 to January 2007, focusing on floodplain appeal cases. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Mary Washington (2005) and a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business (2016).
