Syed Khan is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in systems administration, engineering, and database management. Currently serving as the Director of IST Core Technology Services at Esri since December 2007, Syed has led numerous key systems and engineering functions, driving DevSecOps transformation across the enterprise. Previous roles at Esri include Senior Manager, Systems Support Manager, and Interim Senior Security Manager. Prior to Esri, Syed worked as a Principal Database Engineer and Oracle DBA at Sunmerge Systems, specializing in Oracle database administration and performance tuning. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
