Thomas Harner

Thomas Harner is an experienced Technical Consultant and Developer at Esri, specializing in web and Python development for defense and intelligence projects. Since June 2022, Thomas has been the lead developer for the Threat Event Management Solution, focusing on applications for the Army Threat Systems Management Office. Prior to Esri, Thomas served as a Platform Configuration Engineer and Technical Consultant at Embedded Alliance, contributing to projects for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. Thomas has held roles with the US Army Corps of Engineers and various GIS internships, gaining expertise in geospatial technologies and applications. A graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography, and a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in GIS and Web Map Programming, Thomas has developed a strong foundation in geospatial analysis and programming throughout an accomplished career.
