Tim Craig has over two decades of experience in the GIS and technical support fields, currently serving as the Industry Support Manager for State & Local Government at Esri since December 1999. In this role, Tim oversees technical account management and prioritizes escalation management while advocating for premium support clients. Prior experience includes positions as a Technical Account Manager and Local Government Account Executive, as well as roles as a GIS Analyst and GIS Technician. Tim holds a Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Studies, and GIS, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and an Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and Cuyamaca College, respectively. Early education includes attendance at Gompers and Patrick Henry High School.
