Tracy Flanders

Tracy Flanders, M.A., has extensive experience in instructional design, translation, and cross-cultural facilitation. Flanders worked as a Freelance Translator and Co-Leader at Colorado+Kosovo Art and Culture Exchange, and served as an ESL Teacher at Bridge Linguatec. Flanders transitioned to a role at World Venture, where responsibilities included building an online learning program and supporting staff across multiple countries. Most recently, Flanders held positions as a Learning Experience Designer at Chatham Financial, where a comprehensive onboarding experience was developed, and is currently a Senior Instructional Designer at Esri, focusing on creating diverse learning content. Education includes a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences from Utah State University.
