Beth Salaris

Beth Salaris has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as a Regional Manager and Recruiter at ESS since August 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Operations Manager at Source4Teachers, where responsibilities involved recruiting, training, and managing substitute teachers for the Bridgeport, CT School District, and as a Teacher at St Rose School. Earlier career roles involved managing benefits programs for over 5,000 employees at the USPTO, serving as a Training Coordinator at IKEA Group, and assisting the Vice President of Human Resources at Ameribanc Savings Bank. Beth Salaris holds an M.B.A. in Business Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from James Madison University, along with a Master's in Education from Sacred Heart University, expected to be completed in the near future.
