Candy Crim

Candy Crim, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Candy currently holds the position of Vice President of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition at ESS since September 2021. Prior to this, they were a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Parks from October 2020 to December 2022. Candy also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at HG Staffing LLC from October 2019 to March 2020.

In their earlier roles, Candy worked at ESS as the Director of Operations from November 2016 to October 2019. Candy was a Branch Manager at Staffmark from April 2012 to November 2016, and an Auto Claims Representative at State Farm Insurance from January 2010 to April 2012. Candy gained valuable experience as the Director of Operations at Holland Group from August 2004 to March 2009.

Candy's extensive career in the staffing industry began at Randstad, where they held the position of Branch Manager for almost a decade, from October 1995 to August 2004. During their time at Randstad, they managed the Lebanon TN office, overseeing sales, recruiting, customer service, and client retention. Candy was also responsible for managing large industrial accounts and office placements in Murfreesboro and Smyrna locations.

Candy Crim, SPHR, holds a Master of Business Education (MBE) degree in Education and Training from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Candy also possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from MTSU, completed between 1988 and 1993. In addition to their educational background, Candy has obtained certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in March 2019 and the Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association.
