Heather Coleman

Heather Coleman has extensive experience in educational and payroll roles, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at ESS since November 2021, following a similar position at Fort Smith Public Schools. Previously, Heather held various payroll-related positions, including Payroll Operations Specialist at ArcBest and Payroll Specialist at Gulf Distributing Holdings LLC, managing payroll for a significant number of employees. Additionally, Heather has a strong background in data analysis and client support from multiple roles at Acxiom, including Decision Support Analyst and Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities involved training and campaign management. Heather began a career in real estate and hospitality, demonstrating versatility across industries. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas.
