James Pendleton

James (Jay) Pendleton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and engineering. Currently serving as a Certified Substitute Teacher for both Manchester Township School District and ESS since late 2022, James also held the role of Library Assistant at Ocean County Library during summer 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating the Teen Summer Volunteer programs.
