Joe Birmingham has extensive experience in operations and sales within the sports industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at ESS since December 2018, Joe has also held positions as Senior Regional Manager and Regional Manager. Previously, Joe worked with the Florida Panthers from June 2016 to 2018 as an Account Executive in Hockey Development, along with roles in Group Sales and as a Sales Associate. Earlier experience includes serving as an Arena Student Assistant at Dayton Arena and competing as a Student Athlete in Men's Ice Hockey at both Connecticut College and the University of Connecticut. Joe's background also features a position with We've Got You Covered Canopies and as a Camp Counselor for Saint Joseph's Prep Hockey. Education includes attendance at Connecticut College and the University of Connecticut, along with high school graduation from Northfield Mount Hermon.
