Julie Amerault

Julie Amerault, RD, LD, PMP, currently serves as a Substitute Teacher at ESS since March 2020 and is the Co-Founder and CEO at Torres Inventions since November 2019. With a robust background in program and project management, Julie previously held the position of Program Manager at Accenture, where an innovative solution was presented to enhance the accuracy of the State of Texas online provider directory significantly. Prior experience also includes serving as Practice Administrator and Diabetes Self-Management Training Coordinator at CommUnityCare, successfully implementing process improvements that optimized staff satisfaction and reduced overtime. Julie has also worked as a Project Manager/Senior Analyst at Ascension Health, efficiently managing a substantial budget while ensuring project delivery, and as a Clinical Strategist at Cerner Corporation, where efforts led to enhanced communication between outpatient clinics and hospitals. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Southeast Missouri State University and completed a Dietetic Internship and graduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis.
