Kate Soifer

Kate Soifer currently serves as a Variable Teacher at ESS, where responsibilities include providing day-to-day coverage for K-8 classrooms and supporting autistic learners. Prior experience includes working as a Personal Care Assistant at Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners, assisting a special needs child in an Early Intervention program. Kate also held the position of Associate Project Director at AMC Global, contributing to survey design and research analysis, and served as a Marketing Research Intern at Catapult Marketing Group, where involvement included B2B and B2C research initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant and Student Fellow in the Religious Studies Department at Santa Clara University, and an internship in the Anthropology Department focusing on primate conservation research. Kate is pursuing a Master’s of Social Work at Temple University, following the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Santa Clara University, graduated Magna Cum Laude.
