Kim Speed

Kim Speed has a diverse background in management and project oversight, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at ESS since March 2022 and as a Manager in Service Resources & Administration at Mary Kay Inc. since November 2016, where responsibilities include leading Knowledge Management and Workforce Management teams for US Customer Operations. Previously, Kim held the position of Sr. Program Manager in the Supply Chain Project Management Office, managing several SaaS projects, and worked as a Business Operations Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where financial forecasting and resource optimization were key responsibilities. Kim's career began at Electronic Data Systems as a Project Manager, successfully delivering a client-server application that included innovative electronic signature technology. Kim holds an M.B.A. in IT Management from WGU Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on IT Management from Western Governors University.
