Michael Bramlet

Michael Bramlet has a diverse background in education and human services, with current experience as a Building Substitute at ESS since October 2022. Prior roles include Childline Caseworker at the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services from February 2019 to July 2023, Behavior Monitor at Waynesboro Area School District, and Program Coordinator at Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12, where responsibility included managing a budget and staff for educational programs. Michael has also taught social studies, developed curricula for alternative education students, and led training initiatives to enhance staff effectiveness at various institutions, demonstrating a commitment to meeting diverse student needs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Education Leadership and Policy from McDaniel College and two Bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration and Secondary Social Sciences Education.
