Philip Alphonse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and board governance across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and venture capital. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Illinois Venture Capital Association, Philip advocates for policies that enhance economic development in Illinois through venture capital and private equity investment. Additionally, as a Senior Partner at The Vistria Group and a board member for several organizations, including Soliant, MGT, Really Great Reading, ESS, Edmentum, P33 Chicago, UChicago Medicine, and WTTW/Chicago PBS, Philip focuses on driving organizational growth and strategic initiatives. An alumnus of Stanford University Graduate School of Business with an MBA and Harvard University with a Bachelor's Degree in Government, Philip combines academic excellence with a commitment to fostering impactful solutions in the public and private sectors.
