From 2008 to 2013, Robbie was a Business Development Manager at Alegiant Staffing Services, acquiring job opportunities and building relationships with clients in the healthcare industry. After that, they served as a Business Development Manager at Loyal Source Government Services for two years, providing contract healthcare services to government installations. From 2015 to 2018, Robbie was the Director of Talent Acquisition / Client Development at Tiny Tots Therapy, focusing on client development and talent acquisition.
