Sweta Shet

Sweta Shet has extensive experience in education and corporate placement, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher with ESS since October 2021, responsible for maintaining class organization and student engagement across various school districts. Prior to this role, Sweta held significant positions in corporate relations and placement management, including Manager Placements at Presidency College, Placement Manager at the International Institute of Business Studies, and Sr. Corporate Relations at Bangalore Management Academy, where relationships with industry leaders were developed to facilitate student placements. Earlier career experiences include positions as Business Manager at Gowin Placements, where client relationships were managed for various industries, and roles in customer service and auditing. Sweta holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and additional qualifications from SJMVS Women's College and Symbiosis International University.
