Tricia Monroe is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in treasury management and financial oversight. Currently serving as Treasury Manager at ESS since October 2021, Tricia specializes in cash management, projections, banking relationships, and acquisition integrations. Previously, Tricia held the position of Controller at ORTHOTENNESSEE, PC, overseeing the financial operations of a multi-faceted orthopedic healthcare organization.
