Wendy Beam

Wendy Beam has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Wendy started their career in 1996 as a Manager of Training and Development at Whirlpool Corporation, where they implemented training plans and supported various programs. Wendy then moved on to The Holland Group in 2001, where they held the roles of Director of Operations and later Vice President of Outsourcing & Operations, overseeing manufacturing processes for clients such as Michelin and Coca-Cola. In 2009, they joined Advantage xPO as VP of Business Process Outsourcing. Wendy continued their career at DCI Donor Services as an HR and Quality Coordinator from 2012 to 2015. Most recently, they served as Director of Operations at Cool Springs Eyecare from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at ESS, starting in 2016.

Wendy Beam earned a BS in Education from Auburn University between 1977 and 1982. Wendy later pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Development at Vanderbilt University, which they completed between 1990 and 1992.
