Yuya Ando is the President of ESS Americas and ESS Japan, as well as the Owner and CEO of Hikari Group, which focuses on real estate investing, property management, business consulting, trading, and retail shops. With a strong background in CAE simulation and strategic business planning, Yuya previously held the position of Country Manager for the CFD Business Unit at MSC Software and served as General Manager and President at Cradle North America Inc. and Software Cradle Co., Ltd., where they were integral in establishing and expanding subsidiaries in multiple countries. Yuya is currently dedicated to visionary leadership and team building while fostering cross-functional and cross-cultural communication. They earned a degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1997 to 2001.
