Samuel Schaefer

Samuel Schaefer is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Application Engineering Manager at ESS Technology, Inc. since January 2016, Samuel has also held the role of Evaluation and Verification Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Samuel worked as an Electronics Designer at Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing Corp from September to December 2015 and served as an Instrumentation Designer at Metso Minerals Canada Inc. from June 2014 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, Samuel was a Tutorial Instructor and Researcher at The University of British Columbia from May 2010 to April 2014. Samuel holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, awarded between 2012 and 2014, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2012.
