Sofia Ramos is an accomplished finance academic and opinion columnist with extensive experience in higher education and financial commentary. Currently serving as an Opinion Columnist for CEOWORLD magazine since June 2019, Sofia holds several key positions at ESSEC Business School, including Associate Professor of Finance and Academic Director of the Global MBA program. Previously, Sofia was an Associate Professor of Finance at NEOMA Business School and served as Director of the Master in Finance at ISCTE-IUL from February 2007 to August 2013. Sofia earned a PhD in Finance from the Swiss Finance Institute at U.Lausanne and has a distinguished background in finance education and leadership.
