Rita Longo

Rita Longo is an HR Training Specialist at Esselunga since February 2016, responsible for the creation, implementation, and coordination of the training catalog for the group’s sister companies Bar Atlantic and Esserbella, while managing the associated budget. Previous experience includes a sales role at Yankee Shop from April 2014 to October 2014 and an internship at Regione Siciliana in September to November 2011, which involved research activities, territorial analysis, cultural heritage marketing, and benchmarking. Rita Longo holds a second-level master's degree in Human Resources Management & Organizational Learning from LIUC - Università Cattaneo, obtained in 2016, a master's degree in Public Communication, Business, and Advertising from Università degli Studi di Palermo completed in 2015, and a bachelor's degree in International Communication from the same university, awarded in 2012.
