Sam Griffiths

Sam Griffiths is a General Manager overseeing projects at both UniLodge Living Group and Essence Communities, where they focus on project mobilisation and the establishment of new assets and services across Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Sam held the role of Regional Operations Manager at Mirvac, managing operational asset management teams in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Sam also served as Village Manager at Campus Living Villages, where they managed a diverse team and enhanced the community culture at Sydney University Village. Their earlier experience includes positions as Duty Manager at Hilton Worldwide and Assistant Manager at Mitchells & Butlers. Sam earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
