Dee Davis, SHRM-CP, MBA, MPOD, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning several leadership roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Essendant since April 2024, Dee aligns HR initiatives with company goals and conducts training for employees and leadership. Previously, as the Corporate Senior Director of Human Resources at Serrato Corporation from January 2020 to February 2024, Dee collaborated with senior leadership on staffing strategies and compliance needs. Dee also held various positions at Serrato Corporation, including Director of Finance and Administration and Human Resources Manager. Earlier experience includes the Corporate Human Resources Manager role at Help Foundation, Inc., and the Human Resources Team Lead at Case Western Reserve University.
