Danilo Toledo is a seasoned global hospitality executive with over 20 years of experience across four countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Peru. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Essendi, Danilo has held various leadership roles, including General Manager at AccorInvest and earlier positions within Accor. They have completed more than 30 specialized courses and have been recognized with multiple global awards for leadership, diversity, and innovation in projects. A mentor to trainees and a passionate advocate for people management, Danilo has also spearheaded significant initiatives, such as the introduction of Brazil's first hotel beer and the innovative Escada Extreme training project.
