Eric Youf has served as a portfolio manager at Essendi since 2021, overseeing operational excellence across a portfolio of 39 hotels. They began their career in 1989 at Accor, progressing from a commis de rang to various leadership roles, including director of hotel restaurants and ultimately, roles within hotel management. Before their current position, they were involved in supporting hotel management contracts from 2017 to 2021. Eric holds a BTH in Hôtellerie restauration from Lycée d'état hôtelier du Touquet, where they studied from 1985 to 1988.
