Mateusz Michalewski

Mateusz Michalewski is currently the Applications Director at Essendi, overseeing a team responsible for developing and maintaining software applications. They previously served as Applications Director at AccorInvest, where they led the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud and managed the business digitalization efforts. With extensive experience in project management and digital transformation, Mateusz held several roles at Leroy Merlin Polska, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Manager of Digital Finance. They completed a Master’s degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology and also attended the Cisco Networking Academy for CCNA certification.
