Mathilde Frago has extensive experience in social law and labor relations, with a career that spans several years in influential roles. From 2014 to 2017, Mathilde served as a Juriste Droit social et Relations sociales at LafargeHolcim, where they facilitated negotiations and supported human resources in legal matters. Currently, since 2017, Mathilde has been the Directrice des Relations Sociales Groupe at Essendi, focusing on promoting effective social dialogue and ensuring compliance with social legislations across the organization. Mathilde holds two Master’s degrees in Droit social et droit syndical and Human Resources Development from Université Paris Nanterre and Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, respectively.
