Wayne Wei Ding

Wayne Wei Ding, Ph.D., serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Technology at Essenlix Corporation since December 2014, leading research and development in nanotechnology, photonics, biology, and data science for diagnostic applications. Prior to this role, Wayne held positions as Vice President and Director of Technology at Princeton University from September 2010 to December 2014, contributing to research in the Nanostructure Laboratory under the guidance of Stephen Chou. Earlier experience includes a research scholar position at Peking University from September 2008 to June 2010, focused on organic/inorganic optical and electrical devices. Wayne earned a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Princeton University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics from Peking University.
