Sam Hirsch is a seasoned service designer with extensive experience in both service and UX design. Currently serving as Lead Service Designer at essense since October 2019, Sam has previously held senior positions at Engine Service Design and McCann Health. With a strong background in customer experience and innovation, Sam excels in using design methodologies to address business challenges, develop personas, and create customer journey maps. Educational qualifications include an MA in Multi Disciplinary Innovation from Northumbria University and a BA in Industrial and Product Design, also from Northumbria University.
