Edna Calvo

Edna Calvo is a seasoned Senior Product Designer at essensys since April 2020, leading design initiatives across five squads to enhance a platform, web portal, and mobile applications for both iOS and Android. Previously, Edna served as a Senior UI/UX Designer at CONVENDIA Ltd, focusing on user clarity in financial decision-making, and was instrumental in defining user types and mapping user journeys. A background in UI/UX design includes roles at Hivedome, where Edna revamped a commodities trading app, and Lombard Risk, contributing to a Regulatory Reporting portal, as well as positions at BSkyB, Pi Studio, iProfile, and 301 Design. Edna holds a Master of Arts in Interactive Media from the University of the Arts London and a BA in Graphic Design from Universidad Iberoamericana.
