Barbara Kramer

Barbara Kramer is an experienced Human Resource professional with over 25 years in the field. Since July 2007, Barbara has held the position of Human Resource Manager and served as Interim HR Manager at Essent. Prior to this, Barbara worked at ABN Amro as HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner from January 2001 to June 2007. Barbara's career began at Vitae, where Barbara was a Recruiter specializing in recruitment for financial institutions and marketing communication personnel from April 1998 to April 2001. Barbara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, attained between 1992 and 1996.
