Roy Oudeman

Roy Oudeman is a seasoned strategy and transformation consultant currently serving as a Senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant at Essent since November 2017. In this role, Roy is responsible for the deployment and execution of strategic initiatives, including the establishment of new business units such as e-Mobility and Essent Infrastructure Solutions. Previously, Roy held the position of Managing Director at ZON7, focusing on solar projects, and was a Senior Business Transformation Consultant, enhancing operational efficiency through the Essent Business System. Prior to Essent, Roy worked at Capgemini Consulting from January 2009 to November 2017, advancing through roles from Consultant to Managing Consultant, with expertise in operational excellence across various sectors, including energy and public transport. Roy holds a Master’s degree with first-class honors in International Business from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University.
