About Essential Candy®

Candy With A Purpose® — Reimagined as Functional Lozenges

Essential Candy® is a plant-powered functional lozenge brand on a mission to make wellness simple, honest, and kind. Founded by Tracy Ernst in 2018 after being inspired by a friend’s health journey, Essential Candy® was created from compassion — and continues to lead with it every day.

Our Mission

We believe in giving back to those facing health challenges. Through our Candy With A Purpose® mission, we support individuals battling illness, survivors, and the caregivers who stand beside them — spreading comfort, love, and encouragement one sweet moment at a time.

Our Products

Crafted in our Gluten-Free Certified (GFCO) facility, our functional botanical lozenges are made with real organic plant botanicals and the highest quality ingredients.
All lozenges are organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan, soy-free, and dairy-free, containing no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives.

We’re committed to transparency, quality, and purpose — because what you put in your body should come from nature, not a lab.

Candy With A Purpose®

Through purchases, we donate bags to support groups and individuals in need. This is how we share a little piece of joy and help others feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Join Us

Essential Candy® is more than a lozenge — it’s comfort, connection, and kindness in every bite.
Together, we’re redefining what it means to enjoy something sweet — turning wellness into something truly meaningful. 💚
