Greg McNamee

Greg McNamee is a seasoned professional in technical training and compliance, currently serving as the Technical Training Policy and Compliance Manager at Essential Energy since July 2011. In this role, Greg oversees the Technical Training Framework to ensure alignment with organizational standards. Prior experience includes serving as a Learning Resource Development Coordinator, where Greg coordinated a team to develop learning resources for the Cert III ESI qualification. From 2000 to 2011, Greg worked as a Workplace Trainer/Assessor, mentoring apprentices and assessing employees on regulatory safety practices. Additionally, Greg has experience as a Team Leader/Relief Area Manager, facilitating the operations of electrical technicians. Greg holds a Diploma in Training and Assessment from the University of New England and a Diploma in Frontline Management from APESMA, alongside a Trade Certificate in Electrician from TAFE NSW.
