Ram Hari

Ram Hari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and business analysis, currently serving as the Technical Lead for Distributed Connections at Essential Energy since March 2021. In this role, Ram leads the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring compliance with organizational policies while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes. Previous roles include Senior Business Analyst for the End to End Connections Transformation Project at Essential Energy and various analytical positions at Origin Energy, focusing on SAP implementation and engineering data management. Ram has also held engineering positions at notable firms such as Qatar Design Consortium, COWI, Larsen & Toubro, Fluor, GE Power, and UHDE GmbH. Ram holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum Management and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
