Essential Living is a London-based property developer with a difference: we don’t sell any of the homes we’ve lovingly built, we rent them.

We want the experience of renting with us to become widely recognised as the benchmark you should come to expect from your landlord. We’ll offer a custom experience, tailored for you, from start to finish. You’ll always know exactly what you’re getting when you live with us.

Our homes are designed and built from the ground-up specifically with your needs in mind by our talented development team. Their brief: create vibrant developments that prioritise quality and harness a sense of community. You’ll come to expect quality finishes, clever storage, comfortable but stylish furniture, energy-efficient fixtures and fun features in every home. Plus, we make sure that the best space in every development is turned into beautiful and practical shared amenities for you to enjoy privately or with others.

Most importantly, your home starts when you walk into the development lobby and are greeted by your resident team. They’re there to support you; hired because they have integrity, care about people, and are passionate about delivering unrivalled service.

Welcome to the future of renting; we can’t wait to meet you.
