Phoebe Sinclair is an experienced professional with a focus on community engagement and communication. As Co Executive Director at Agassiz Baldwin Community since September 2005, Phoebe empowers and supports the Baldwin Neighborhood Council, a longstanding civic engagement initiative. In addition to this role, Phoebe has served as an Associate at Essential Partners since November 2016, specializing in equipping individuals with tools for authentic connection and communication across differences. Previous experience includes providing administrative support for the Cambridge Agassiz Harvard Fund and CCBN, a tech startup. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Writing, Literature & Publishing from Emerson College.
