Ted H. is currently the State Controller for Aqua New Jersey, where they oversee regulatory filings, financial compliance, and improvement initiatives across four divisions. With experience as a Finance Manager and internal auditor at Veolia North America, and previous roles in accounting leadership at KOR Companies, Ted has cultivated expertise across financial services, real estate, and utilities. They are also the owner of Seashore Accounting, providing tax and accounting services while mentoring small business owners. Ted holds an MBA from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey.
