Mr. Peil has been a Senior Vice President and the Head of Asset Management since May 2017.
Prior to joining Essential Properties, AJ served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Credit for Spirit Realty Capital (SRC), a publicly-traded triple-net lease REIT. AJ also worked within the investment division sourcing and underwriting transactions in excess of $2.0 billion. Before joining Spirit Realty, AJ worked for the Arizona State Retirement System and Smith Barney as an equity analyst.
AJ graduated from Gonzaga University and is a CFA ® charter holder.
