Andy Morss

Andy Morss has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Andy currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Essentra since November 2023, where they previously served as the Talent Acquisition Lead. Prior to this, Andy worked as a Director at Sequoia Resource from October 2018, specializing in niche and senior management recruitment in engineering, energy, and technology sectors. Andy also worked as a Sales Manager at Fish Guidance Systems Ltd from May 2017 to October 2018. Before that, Andy held roles such as Recruitment Manager at IBM from September 2016 to March 2017, Divisional Manager - Power & Energy at The Highfield Company from December 2013 to July 2016, and Director at 5Plus Recruitment from October 2009 to November 2013. Andy started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at STS Recruitment from October 1999 to March 2001 and later worked at Randstad as an International Branch Manager from March 2002 to October 2009, recruiting across various industry sectors.

Andy Morss completed a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Mathematics from the University of Southampton from 1996 to 1999.
