Patrick Meredith

Patrick Meredith has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Patrick started their career in 1995 as a Graduate Design Engineer at Lindapter, where they developed new and existing products. Patrick then joined Federal-Mogul in 1997 as a Technical Project Manager. In this role, they managed strategic capital investment projects, including factory expansions and process improvements. Patrick also served as a Project Manager for various international projects and achieved significant productivity improvements. In 2003, Patrick joined Filtrona Technology Centre as a Director of Programme Management and later became the Director of Innovations & FTC Site Manager. In 2012, they moved to Essentra as the Global Innovations & Marketing Director and later transitioned into the role of Strategy & Business Development Director. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Filtrona as the Strategy & Business Development Director.

Patrick Meredith has a BEng degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Bath, which they obtained between 1991 and 1995. Patrick also holds an MBA degree in Business Studies from the Open University, completed from 1997 to 2001. In addition, Patrick has obtained certifications in "Assessing and Improving Strategic Plans," "Improving Your Listening Skills," and "LinkedIn Learning Highlights: Business Strategy and Analysis" from LinkedIn in 2019.
