Susan McDaniel

Susan McDaniel has over 25 years of experience in customer service and client management, currently serving as a Client Services Manager at Essentra since January 2015, where previous roles included Customer Service Supervisor and Client Services Representative. Prior to Essentra, Susan worked at Clondalkin Pharma & Healthcare as a CSR from December 2007 to January 2015 and began her career at EPI Marketing Services from 1997 to 2007 in a CSR position. Susan holds an Associate degree in Commercial Art Design and Technology from Vincennes University and an Associate of Science degree in Advertising from the same institution, along with education from Rushville Consolidated High School.
