Joris David

Joris David currently serves as the Pilote Régional Grand Ouest / Area Manager at Esset Property Management, overseeing regional operations for a major client since October 2023. Previously, Joris held the position of Pilot Facilities & Property Management at JLL from March 2019 to February 2024, managing contracts and technical security of assets while handling relationships and reporting to senior management. Joris also worked as Responsable technique at YXIME SA, where responsibilities included asset management and maintenance for a diverse portfolio. Earlier experiences include a role in HSE at BNP Paribas Real Estate, technical management internships, and a background in engineering and safety gained through education at ISTIA and the University of Angers, leading to a Master’s degree in Risk Management and Safety of Property.
