Achref Kallel

Achref Kallel, PhD, is a mechanical engineer currently working as an R&D Study Manager at EssilorLuxottica since 2024. They previously served as a Research and Development Engineer at Advanced Assisted Manufacturing Solutions and at Sandvik Coromant from 2017 to 2021, where they studied process parameters and optimized machining processes for Ti-6Al-4V materials. Achref holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Université François Rabelais de Tours, as well as a Master's degree in Mechanical-Materials-Processes from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne. Prior to these achievements, they completed their undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering and Technology-Physics.
