Lori Stackpole is an experienced customer experience leader with a strong background in operations and planning within the retail and healthcare industries. Lori served as a Senior Operation Analyst, Return Supervisor, and Teleservices Supervisor at The Avon Company from 2004 to 2007, where they managed call center statistics and supervised a team of associates. At EssilorLuxottica from 2008 to 2011, Lori held several roles, including Eyemed EDI Supervisor and Senior Planning Manager, where they managed teams and improved operational processes. Currently, Lori is a Senior Customer Experience Manager at EssilorLuxottica, focusing on enhancing the North American Call Center Customer Experience department and implementing strategic improvements.
