Currently serving as the Commercial Director for Essity, responsible for Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, André has previously held significant roles, including Commercial Director for Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain in Brazil, and Sales Director positions at Reckitt and L'Oréal. With a strong track record of exceeding revenue and margin targets and managing diverse teams, André has also gained expertise in key account management and business development across various sectors. André holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
